User cannot access her report

    Hi,
    The user has access to everything in the dashboard and module as well as the report but is not allowed to access the report after the v10 upgrade. She was running it prior to the upgrade.

    The user is both a report user and a member of a role on the report and on the dashboard published report. She can run anything else on the dashboard except this report.

    The default permissions are set up correctly.

    Error message is
    "you do not have access to view the latest instance of this report"

    Any Ideas?

    Sorry it took so long to post the resolution.
    According to IT the user's original user id had some insurmountable permission issues after the upgrade to 10. A new user ID with I letter changed was assigned to her and all the existing reports she was using were updated. The report that failed was a new report that used her old user id, since she now logs in with a different ID the report failed. All is well, but IS did have a lot of portal permissions issues with users after the upgrade.
