Looking for ideas to set up/process First Responder 'augment' pay. FLSA requires any added pay (other than bonus/gifts) be included in hourly rate for calculating overtime. Examples, certificate pay, level of education pay, interpreter pay, etc.  Most public sector orgs use step&grade, so can't override Rate on HR11. If org uses automated timekeeping system (Kronos, etc.) could store the extra pays there and send over a calculated rate (Rate + all augments) with time record on PR530.  Where organizaiton does not have timekeeping system, there isn't a straight forward solution. Have replaced S&G with Grade Range, stored augments on HR14, S&G Rate/Grade/Step in User Fields, and built macro/formula driven spreadsheets, created queries/uploads to use add ins for changes (Add In upload to HR14, and Rate of Pay and User Fields with PA52).  Organization may wish to maintain both PA95 and PR16, which is added task.  It ain't pretty, but is workable.  Am also testing PSG settings for all effected pays (Reg, 1x OT, 1.5x OT, 2x OT, and augments).  So far, no luck with that approach.  Any creative ideas out there?

The PR132 doesn't work for you?
