We are currently evaluating the AP300 for purging one-time vendors. Based on what we have tested so far, everything seems to be working great to purge these based on a cutoff date.

However, we are going to want to purge our regular vendors in the future as well based on a cutoff date. However, from the documentation we've read, the AP300 defines a "No Activity Vendor" as a vendor who doesn't have a balance in APVENBAL for the current or previous year (Lawson KB #81692). That sounds like it would purge anyone who we didn't use in the last two years. We would like to purge these but keep 7 years in Lawson like we are doing with the One-Time Vendors. Has anyone done this before?

    Thanks in advance

        Hi,

Has anyone done a purge of the vendor master in lawson where you only purged vendors that haven't been used in 7 years rather than 2 that the AP300 does?
