During Invoice Processing in AR System, I require to pass the invoice to third party application which will calcuate tax for that invoice and return back that invoice with taxed amout to Lawson. Could anyone suggest me to do this?

What is the 3rd party application?

It is a Tax Ware System which calculates tax for the given invoice.

Are the Tax Codes defined in TX00? Is there a Tax Company defined to use alternative tax logic on TX01? Is there a Tax Company Code in TX02? I guess I'm trying to say that the normal way of doing this requires Lawson Tax Module setup. The only thing that comes from the 3rd party is the rate (usually based on zip code).

There is a chapter in the TAX module user guide on setting up; you do have to make some quick modifications to the TAXWARE COBOL to get it working. Also, it's UNIX only.

What quick modifications need to be made to the TaxWare Cobol code to get it to work?
