    If you are trying to segregate the HR functions from payroll functions such that for example a user cannot create an employee and also process payroll for them, I'm thinking the forms you don't want  the user to have are HR: (forms HR.11.1 and PA52.1) and PR: (forms PR 30.1, PR32, PR33, PR35, PR36, PR37 and PR38). Can someone tell me if I'm I missing something?

    Thanks,

    May

      HR role may need some PR access and you will have to grant - Inquire option;
      vice versa. This will restrict PR users creating HR records.

      Hope this gives an idea, what the security classes should be.

          Simply grant access to the forms you want them to have with the appropriate access (Inquire, all access, conditional, etc...) Was there more of an answer you were looking for? Are you looking for guidance on segregation of duties or something more along those lines?
