We converted to Lawson in March, so there is a lot of learning still going on.  However, we are looking for an easy screen for on hand inventory (besides drilling on the item) and we were told to use IC42.1.  The problem is that is does not seem to work.  Has anyone else had this issue?  Any other suggestions?  Thanks so much for your help.

You can try IC44.1. I still prefer drilling around in IC12 though.

We haven't converted yet but we use IC40 primarily for our on hand inventory in 9.0.1 if that helps.

We use IC45.1, all screens you do need to enter the location. What doesnt work with your IC42.1 screen?

I found out that IC42.1 only displays data if you have a bin, lot or serial tracked item, so it "works as designed". That being said the screens you all told me about; IC44.1, IC40.1, IC45.1 are all wonderful. I am enjoying learning more about this system everyday. Thank you all for your help!

Run IC238 - Bin Stock On Hand Report.

Gives you all the Bins SOH in a report, or you can dump it into an excel spreadsheet and sort it as needed.
