MSCM - Location not set up for Par

    Trying to add my location in IC02 per my IT direction, however when I try to add it, I'm being asked for a value to be placed in the Returns Suspense field on the Returns tab.

    None of the other bulk cart locations in IC02 have values in these fields, so I'm not sure how to get it added.

      On our carts, when we add the cart in IC81, it creates the entry automatically in IC02. The ship to locations that we've created directly in IC02 do require the coding be inputted.

      Not sure if that helps or not . .

        Hi there Bev. I you can create a par loc in IC81.1. When you do this, it will automatically create a RQ01.1 record for the new par loc. Once you set this up and add lines, you'll have to wait until Lawson LID and Mobile sync for the new par loc to populate in Mobile. Hope this helps.
