User slowness

    We have several users reporting slowness after using Smart Office for a period of time. If they restart (log out/in) then the slowness temporarily subsides. 


    They primarily use a mashup to do their work, and the constant having to log out/in is hindering productivity. 


    We had a theory that their user log is filling up, so we changed their log level, but that doesn't not seem to have any effect. 


    Any suggestions we can try?
