CXITEMHIST FILE
Case Cart Item History
The Case Cart Item History file stores item history for case visits.
When you finish a case using CX30.1 (Case Completion Feedback), the Case
Carts system sends the case item data to this file. Once item data for a case
resides in this file, you can no longer access the case through the Case Carts
system for updating.
The data defaults from the case but originates from the burden record, the
preference template, or the case.
The Case Carts system logic for CX20.2 (Case Detail) uses this file and the
Case Cart Labor History file to calculate the total cost of the case.
Note: Use the Case Carts Analyzer or an online editor to report on data in
this file. For instructions on using the Case Carts Analyzer, see the Case
Carts Procedures Manual and the Information Access Procedures Manual.
