Part of the new union contract includes freezing sick days at the current hours and pay rate. We are using an alternate rate on HR11 for the associated pay code for when the days are used but the LP198 is using the current pay rate.

When employees are enrolled in medical coverage the whole 12 months, they have an Offer Code of 1A on the BN990, but the Safe Harbor Code is blank.  Shouldn't it have a code of 2H (or whatever the Safe Harbor Code is on the ACA set-up on BN15.3)...

I am ok with not customizing the ESS page and allowing users to enter lower case letters during enrollment but was wondering if we could force the data to be passed in all caps. The deduction code is set up to “Net Zero/No arrears” however this is not occurring. The system took 25 while leaving a net amount. Lawson requires that benefit plan currency must match HR11 employee currency, but we also have a situation where non US employees have to be covered under USD denominated plans. Our BS05 is set to allow New Hire Enrollment 30 days from Ben Date 1.  We have an instance where an employee was allowed to enroll on 7/27/16 when their Ben Date 1 was 6/27/2016.  The BS05 field help clearly states the 'this number of days (30) starts on the date in the From Date field (in our case, Ben Date 1).'  Any ideas on how this employee was allowed to enroll on the 31st day  Thanks.
