    Make each moment count in this role:

    Manager of Payroll

    Salaried full-time | 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

    The seasoned professional we seek will searve as the payroll subject matter expert for the organization and will be tasked to manage the payroll staff and activities to ensure payroll for 5000+ employees are processed accurately. Specific duties will include:

    • Reviewing payroll register and other payroll reports for accuracy.
    • Establishing internal controls for time and attendance and payroll systems.
    • Coordinating with Information Systems and Human Resources to ensure an efficient payroll process.
    • Reviewing payroll journal entries and working closely with Finance on general ledger postings and audits, reconciliation and timely filing of payroll tax returns and W-2 forms.
    • Participating in implementing new payroll and time and attendance systems.


    • An Associate's degree is required; a Bachlor's degree is preferred.
    • Five years' payroll experience and at least one year in a supervisor/leadership role.
    • Certified Payroll Professional Certification (CCP) is preferred.
    • Expertise in processing payroll for an organization with 1,000+ teammates a plus.
